Maintenance Operative

Your new company A student accommodation provider in Lincoln is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team on a permanent basis to cover multiple sites in Lincoln City Centre. 400 beds in total across the sites.Full-time position, Monday to Friday (40 hours)Emergency on-call rota to be covered between 2 maintenance staffMultiskilled Maintenance duties: Joinery, Plastering, Painting, Plumbing, Electrics etc. Will involve doing compliance checks and PPM's as well as reactive maintenance, planned refurb works and general caretaking duties. Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications.
