Electrical Maintenance Engineer Are you an experienced building services engineer? Join a leading FM team on a Central London site. Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) £45,000 - £47,000 optional overtime Static site - Central London Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution. Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning. Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed. Maintain and update site logbooks regularly. Requirements: Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent 18th Edition Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
