Machine Operative

We are working on behalf of a Construction Firm based on the outskirts of Hadleigh who are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Machine Operative, you will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring customer orders are made accurately and precisely. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all products are safely and securely packed for delivery. Using different machines. Inspecting products for any damages or defects before packing. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times. Assisting with stock replenishment and organizing inventory when required. Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to meet order targets. Skills & Qualifications Required: Previous experience in a warehouse, or similar role. Attention to detail and high accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry products (within manual handling limits).
