Job Purpose Manage and support a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, mergers, MBOs, and MBIs Deliver business valuations using a variety of recognised methods, including multiples-based analysis Lead and review financial due diligence processes, including report drafting and team oversight Liaise with clients, legal advisers, in-house specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery Draft engagement documents and manage deal databases Participate in business development, attend networking events, support deal origination, and contribute to new business pitches Collaborate with other service lines to offer clients a seamless, integrated experience Oversee delivery alongside directors and partners, taking ownership of project outcomes About The Employer This firm is recognised as a Top 5050 accountancy practice and a Real Living Wage Employer, with over 300 team members across its network of offices in the South West.
