Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum benefits Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Sector: Real Estate (Global FTSE Client) About the Role: We are working with a prestigious real estate client with a global footprint and a strong presence in the UK market. They are seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to join their London-based team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of business-critical projects spanning HR, Finance, and IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Engage with stakeholders at all levels-from operational teams to senior leadership-across global regions. Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Support the delivery of systems and process improvements across HR, Finance, and IT functions. Facilitate workshops, conduct stakeholder interviews, and drive consensus across diverse teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and third-party vendors. About You: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within a global FTSE or large matrix organisation. Strong background in delivering projects across HR, Finance, and IT systems. Experience working with real estate or property sector clients is highly desirable. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels. Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and delivering hands-on analysis in a fast-paced setting.
