Sales & Service Advisor / Workshop Assistant Salary: £27,500 per annum OTE up to £34,000 Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00am5:00pm (37.5 hours/week) Holidays: 32 days per year (including bank holidays) We are currently looking for a Sales & Service Advisor / Workshop Assistant to join our small, friendly, and independent team in Ipswich. This is a dual-role position combining front counter sales and hands-on workshop support ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and isnt afraid to get stuck in. Key Responsibilities: Assisting customers at the counter with enquiries, sales, and product advice Supporting the workshop with trailer servicing, repairs, and new trailer builds Maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction Working as part of a small, close-knit team to meet targets Requirements: Previous experience in a retail sales environment (ideally automotive, tools, or trade counter) Practical skills and experience using hand tools A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic What We Offer: Competitive salary of £27,500 per annum Monthly bonus scheme (up to £560, subject to targets) Stable weekday hours (no weekends) Generous holiday allowance A varied, active role with a supportive team If youre looking for a role that combines customer interaction with practical workshop work and you have the right mix of skills and experience wed love to hear from you.
