The Role: You'll join as a highly skilled and senior level Business Analyst embedded in the Finance function, supporting the delivery of key initiatives across ERP and business transformation projects. You'll work cross-functionally with stakeholders in finance, technology, and operations to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and continue to be fit for purpose. Key responsibilities: Lead current vs. future state analysis, identifying inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities in finance processes Gather business requirements through workshops, interviews and research Map and analyse finance workflows, translating them into ERP/tech specifications Work closely with PMO and IT teams to ensure effective implementation and testing of solutions Support change management, training, and stakeholder engagement across the business Use journey mapping and KPI tracking to measure impact of improvements Maintain high-quality documentation throughout the lifecycle of each initiative You'll bring: 3 years' experience in a Finance-focused Business Analyst role Strong working knowledge of D365 (or AX 2012) and finance modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, inventory, etc.) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proficiency in Excel (intermediate formulas), with bonus points for PowerBI or SQL skills A natural problem-solver with a balance of analytical rigour and practical delivery This is a rare opportunity to join a brand with heart, heritage and huge ambition - where you'll have influence, autonomy, and meaningful work to get stuck into from day one.
