Planner / Senior Planner - Tier 1 Main Contractor New Build Residential Projects (Mixed Use/JV/Student Accommodation) Flexible Working if office based To £90k full benefits package Premises Recruitment are currently working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor. The company have a solid reputation as part of an international construction group, and have an enviable forward order book of UK building projects. Current projects range from £50m to £300m and include residential new build, mixed use development, hospitals, and university buildings. They are looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join their busy team. The successful planner will work on live construction projects in their residential business unit. It is imperative that candidates have a good knowledge of the construction process and can integrate well in a site environment. They are seeking a Planner or Senior Planner with: Experience of Asta Power Project (Experience of Primavera P6 may be considered) Previous experience of residential new build projects (£50m-100m) Background in project planning on live projects at construction phase Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor Solid Technical/Building knowledge They company have an excellent reputation for investing in their staff and have a proven track record of promoting on merit.
