Dynamics AX Analyst

Your New Company A large, well-respected organisation are looking for a Lead Dynamics AX Analyst to support on one of their transformation programmes to upgrade its AX Dynamics ERP estate to a new landscape. You will directly be supporting the Head of Applications and be a vital part of the Business Applications team. It is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years. Your New Role In this role, you will manage the Business Applications team as part of the Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrade. You will coordinate with the IT function to ensure service continuity for Business Systems.Experience across Microsoft Dynamics AX, implementation, troubleshooting and overall support experience.Responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis, resolve issues, and implement preventive measures to address data, application code, and user-generated system issues. You will also obtain, understand, translate, and document solution requirements to achieve the desired outcomes.
