Travel Consultant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 2 YEARS CURRENT TRAVEL CONSULTANT EXPERIENCE. Overview We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will leverage your expertise in destinations worldwide to provide tailored recommendations that meet the unique needs of each client. Duties ? Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. ? Recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. ? Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. ? Provide clients with comprehensive itineraries that include all necessary travel information. ? Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and changes in travel regulations. ? Handle any issues or changes in travel plans promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. ? Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best options for clients. ? Promote special offers or packages that may enhance the client's travel experience. Qualifications ? Previous experience in travel consulting or a related field is essential with 2 years' experience as a travel consultant. ? Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. ? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. ? Proficient in using computer systems for booking and managing travel arrangements. ?
