Your missionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will: * Communicate with B2B customers via phone and email to provide service-oriented solutions. * Support customers with setup and configuration of payment terminals and online solutions. * Address and resolve reported issues efficiently. * Handle administrative tasks and follow up on requests. * Foster a positive team atmosphere by motivating colleagues and making customers feel appreciated. Who are we looking for?The ideal candidate will have: * Native-level fluency in Danish (spoken and written) and a good command of English. * A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. * Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. * Strong multitasking and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable using computer systems and software applications. * Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
