MUST HAVE: 4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) Ability to manage large budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently Strong analytical skills with tools like Looker, Tableau, Excel Experience in writing ad copy and developing creative assets Excellent collaboration and communication skills EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years managing Google Ads campaigns with multiple types and independent reporting skills. YOUR ROLE: Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to drive growth and profitability for Launch Potato. Outcomes (Performance Expectations): Own pacing, reporting, and performance for all campaigns across channels Manage creative assets and maintain organized asset libraries Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with clear objectives Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS Document tests and campaign changes, sharing insights internally Collaborate with teams to identify trends and provide performance updates Use research tools to understand vertical landscapes and identify growth opportunities Become the internal expert on Google Ads strategy and campaign lifecycle management Core Competencies: Technical mastery of Google Ads Data-driven decision making Organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns Cross-functional collaboration Proactive performance improvement mindset Clear communication skills Adaptability in a dynamic environment We are committed to diversity and inclusion.
