Involves the completion of administrative tasks and coordination related to front-line operations, which may include data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities, and local customer service. While operational tasks may be part of these roles, the majority of time is spent on office-based activities. Under general guidance, the employee will: Generate internal operational reports and respond to customer requests. Monitor operational indicators (SLA's and KPI's) and suggest improvements to productivity. Follow up on collection, delivery, and transfer operations. Support coordination of receipt, storage, validation, separation, and shipment of packages. Manage risk-related activities and communicate pending issues to Security. Coordinate warehouse storage and cleaning. Oversee dispatch of documentation and pre-alerts, ensure deadlines are met, and plan shipments according to network requirements. Conduct inventory of goods and packages. Participate in inventory planning, preparation, and execution cycles. Update system information in ERP and WMS. Train handlers in operational activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
