As a consultant, your primary focus is on helping businesses leverage Microsoft D365 / STAEDEAN solutions to improve productivity, streamline operations, and achieve their strategic objectives. You play a crucial role in helping organizations harness the full potential of STAEDEAN solutions to drive business growth, improve operational processes and efficiency, and enhance collaboration and communication. You bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that STAEDEAN solutions align with client organizational goals. What You Will Do Demonstrate and present software solutions, including preparation, execution, and follow-up with various customers and partners. Define in-scope solutions based on discovery checklists for software and services. Train key users. Participate in requirements and fit/gap analysis for in-scope solutions. Collaborate with our Build team and share customer experiences about the product. Ensure the quality of process documentation and solution functional designs based on our methodology using Microsoft’s Success by Design framework. Contribute to our methodology by helping to define, create, and maintain implementation templates such as configuration, process descriptions, test scenarios, and accelerators. Communicate regularly with fellow Consultants to align on functional challenges within projects. Mentor and develop junior project team members in knowledge and competence. Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs. What You Need to Be Successful Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&SCM, Azure, or Power Platform. Experience in at least one of these areas: Inventory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Finance. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to continuously improve and develop yourself and your team. Knowledge of the Life Science industry. Microsoft D365 certifications (MB-300, MB-310, MB-330). Knowledge and experience with Power Platform and/or PL-200 certification. Analytical skills to innovate and improve current solutions or develop new ones. Willingness and ability to travel internationally. Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets and regulations.
