Job Description: Grafton Office, a specialized division of Gi Group Spa authorized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, is seeking a junior Back Office Logistico / Commerciale for a client in the food sector. The role is dedicated to supporting logistics activities and is aimed at candidates belonging to protected categories (L 68/99). The successful candidate will assist the logistics manager with activities such as: Order entry Distribution planning (for GDO) Trend analysis and stock reordering planning Managing promotional volumes Handling slips and informing customers about delays Preparing orders for invoicing (checking batches, prices, discounts) Post-sale practices (disputes, returns, unstocked items) Managing lost, damaged, expired goods Virtual inventory management Requirements: Membership in protected categories (L 68/99 art 1) High school diploma Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel and Office suite Good knowledge of English Organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: experience in similar roles We offer a fixed-term contract with potential for permanence, located at Roma Termini, full-time hours, with initial training required in Italy.
