Senior Allocator

We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. Currently, we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Europe, and we require an Allocator to proactively participate in this activity. The candidate will report to the Merchandising Manager and will support achieving sales targets through managing the flow of stock and effective distribution to stores and online channels. Responsibilities include monitoring category and sales performance, managing store queries, building stakeholder relationships, analyzing allocation and replenishment reports, and recommending actions to improve stock availability and store performance. The contract is fixed-term with the possibility of becoming indefinite after 1 year. Role & Responsibilities Support planning allocation and replenishment criteria based on store capacity, seasonality, min/max stock levels, on-sale weeks, and sales curves. Allocate initial stocks to stores based on the range plan and recommend actions for stock issues. Regularly update allocation parameters to reflect current and future trading patterns. Manage stock levels to optimize seasonal and event trading peaks. Handle returns, out-of-stocks, and shortages to maximize sell-through. Coordinate information flow and build relationships with stores for commercial insights. Plan and allocate for new store openings or new categories. Recommend procedural or system improvements. Maintain up-to-date allocation and replenishment systems, resolving stock discrepancies. Manage delivery schedules, flag slippages, and address issues proactively. Liaise with Buying team and Distribution Center to ensure stock flow aligns with plans. Performance Analysis Produce weekly store analysis to support trading decisions and planning. Implement store-specific allocation plans based on weekly trading data. Monitor store performance and recommend improvements. Assess slow-moving stock and collaborate with Merchandising for action plans. Produce size analysis and propose actions. Provide store and product feedback to assist future range planning. Perform other tasks as necessary. You Are: Well-educated, ideally in business, numerical, or analytical fields. Retail experience, either in stores or retail offices. Skilled in administration and database management. Interested in products and retail industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Good planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred. Personal Skills Teamwork-oriented, proactive, and stress-resistant. Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.
