Job Purpose : We seek a visionary leader to drive digital transformation as Enterprise Architect and IOT Senior Manager, aligning IT-OT strategies with business goals and technical trends. The candidate will have extensive experience in technology and business strategy, with a proven track record in deploying Industry X solutions, improving operational efficiency, and elevating business performance. Responsibilities include designing complex international digital transformation programs, managing cross-functional relationships, and ensuring collaboration within the Digital & IT department. Key Responsibilities : Oversee architecture practices aligning with strategic objectives, managing transversal integration solutions Assess business development strategies and IT processes, suggesting improvements Develop and implement business architecture models reflecting organizational strategies Coordinate Digital Design Authority to oversee technical solutions and adherence to guidelines Align IT-OT initiatives with business objectives to foster growth and develop scalable, secure technology roadmaps Champion adoption of advanced IX technologies, including ML / AI, IIoT, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Twins Enhance processes and operational performance across platforms like CAD, PLM, MES, SCADA, ERP, and CMMS within a Digital Thread framework Lead cloud migrations and hybrid IT-OT infrastructure projects for scalability and performance Implement Edge Computing solutions to improve OT security and support advanced HMI or ML / AI components Ensure cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance with industry standards Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, optimizing IT-OT investments for ROI Lead and develop high-performing teams, driving organizational change and technology adoption Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure service quality and strategic alignment Deliver IT-OT convergent solutions powered by big data for Demand-Driven Production and Data-Driven Operations Identify and assess emerging technological trends for business applicability Provide consultancy on technological platforms for automation Establish cloud architecture and data security guidelines ensuring compliance Collaborate with teams for effective integration of cloud and existing systems Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Extensive experience in IT-OT strategy, digital transformation, and Industry X solutions Proficiency in ML / AI, IIoT, Cloud, Automation, and Digital Twins Experience in BPM, RPA, and integration of on-premise and SaaS applications Software selection skills and manufacturing SaaS experience Strong leadership, problem-solving, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Experience : Leading complex international digital transformation programs Deploying Industry X solutions and improving operational efficiency Managing budgets and optimizing IT-OT investments Building vendor and partner relationships Leading cloud migrations and hybrid IT-OT projects Implementing Edge Computing and enhancing OT security Delivering big data-powered IT-OT solutions Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries : Machinery Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
