We are looking for an IT Business Analyst whose mission is to recommend and facilitate the design, development, testing, rollout, operation, and evolution of OneVision Agency modules to meet the company’s strategic objectives and business requirements. He/she contributes to the Scrum Team and provides support throughout the entire rollout lifecycle to ensure that the product meets the company’s goals, business needs, and requirements. Key Responsibilities Actively contribute to the development of training materials, process documentation, and Gap Analysis for production release, migration, and transition. Support Key Users in testing activities, providing guidance and addressing their inquiries. Provide post-Go Live support to end users and Development/Support teams; troubleshoot problems with a sense of urgency. Qualifications and Experience Understanding of client–server application architecture Knowledge of Windows Server 2018 configuration Ability to write SQL queries Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio Experience in software configuration and testing Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting Understanding of IT security concepts Customer service orientation Familiarity with requirements and test management tools Data management skills Systems and data-oriented mindset What We Offer We offer a range of benefits including new learning opportunities, a comprehensive welfare system, life and health insurance, a modern workstation, and discounts within the MSC group.
