We are committed to innovation and customer experience, with a team of passionate professionals. Position: Planning & Process Optimization Specialist in our Settimo Torinese warehouse. Responsibilities: Support forecasting processes, analyzing variables and deviations, and suggesting improvements. Define optimal fleet sizing for deliveries. Analyze productivity metrics of the delivery process. Contribute to continuous improvement of logistical processes. Update and monitor reports on KPIs, sales, delivery performance, and warehouse saturation, following guidelines from the Planning Manager. Requirements: Degree in scientific, economic, or engineering disciplines. Experience in Demand Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Knowledge of flow analysis techniques for monitoring and analysis. Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with preference for macro/VBA skills. Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus. What We Offer: Contract at III level CCNL Commercio, with a gross annual salary up to €35,000 and a €2,000 bonus based on objectives.
