Job Description

The North Face is seeking an Account Coordinator fluent in German and English to join our Wholesale Customer Service Department in Pederobba (TV), overseeing accounts across the EMEA region. Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for our Wholesale accounts, responsible for managing the account lifecycle from order entry to final delivery. You will also serve as the primary contact for operational activities within the team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order management and optimize conversion by leveraging connections with central and regional functions. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts across multiple markets within the EMEA region, ensuring timely order processing and conversion. Compile and generate orderbook reports related to customers. Participate in meetings with stakeholders and manage email communications. Interpret daily reports as needed for business operations. Coordinate the end-to-end order to shipment process, liaising with our Distribution Center to ensure timely shipping. Collaborate with sales operations and planning teams to track shortages and delays, communicating with customers to maintain a clean orderbook. Skills for Success Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Proficiency in PC use, especially Excel, with the ability to interpret large data sets and produce reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of logistics and distribution center activities. Ability to manage responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
