Reports to Guest experience manager Primary Responsibilities Include Support Guest Experience Manager for assisting in the day to day running of the hotel in various front of house departments Support Guest Experience Manager for ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved and maintained Support Guest Experience Manager in Handling guest complaints and review compliments.
