YouAreWelcome JoinUS Job Description The Commercial Back Office Specialist is responsible for supervising operational activities related to customer relationships within their assigned area. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate and complete management of information, documentation, and shipments to/from customers. Interfacing with internal departments and external contacts involved in product management. Qualifications Guarantees the execution of operational activities related to customer management, such as shipments, customer service, and returns. Supervises administrative and accounting procedures related to customer transactions, including order processing and payments. Collects and manages data related to sales campaigns. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of techniques and regulations relevant to the markets managed. Manages the customer portfolio, developing and strengthening commercial partnerships in assigned geographical areas. Responsible for finalizing contracts (franchising, selective distribution, T&C, etc.) in collaboration with legal and general counsel. Promotes role development through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and efficiency improvements. J-18808-Ljbffr
