We are seeking a Store Manager for Premium Sportswear Brand at Oriocenter for a client in the premium sportswear sector. Responsibilities: Planning shifts, managing, training, and motivating staff; Analyzing individual and team performance indicators to develop business strategies; Ensuring compliance with company procedures; Optimizing store profitability through stock management and store setup. Qualifications and Characteristics: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management; Excellent communication skills, positivity, flexibility, adaptability, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities. Work Details: Full-time, 40 hours, working on shifts from Monday to Sunday. Contract Offer: Permanent contract directly with the client company; Reference CCNL: Commerce; Salary and benefits: RAL commensurate with experience, restaurant vouchers, and bonuses.
