Data Modeler

Required Technical Skill Set, Data Modelling, Data analysis, Data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze the organization’s data needs and design appropriate data models and architecture. Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience At least 5 years of experience as a Data Architect/Modeler, with a strong focus on data modeling concepts and principles. In-depth understanding of various data modeling techniques, including conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling. Expertise in SQL and relational database systems, with experience in designing and optimizing database schemas, tables, indexes, and views. Solid experience in designing and implementing data models for complex and large-scale applications. Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage. Familiarity with cloud data technologies and architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into data models. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data requirements and recommend optimal solutions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior team members. Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Continuous learning mindset, keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in data modeling, database management, and cloud computing.
