Here's a general overview of the role: Education: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: *Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG, with at least 8 years in solutioning, pre-sales, implementation, and upgrade projects. Certifications: *Oracle EBS certifications in SCM/MFG modules are highly desirable. Technical Skills: *Proficiency in Oracle EBS SCM/MFG modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Planning. *Implement and configure Oracle EBS SCM modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. *Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for system improvements. *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SCM processes. *Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain management needs and propose tailored Oracle EBS solutions. *Design and present Oracle EBS SCM solutions, including modules like Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing. *Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings and demonstrations. *Prepare detailed documentation, including solution proposals and implementation plans. *Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations. *Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices. *Develop and execute test plans to validate system configurations. *Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders. *Document system configurations, workflows, and user guides for future reference. *Perform regular audits and assessments of Oracle EBS environments. Problem-Solving: *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Communication: *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
