Business Development & Sales Manager (Hunter Role) Location: Silver Oak Farm Road, Ghitorni, New Delhi Industry: Decorative Finishes / Surface Materials Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a hunter role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced design-driven environment and love working closely with architects and interior designers, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Identify and map new business opportunities through proactive outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and large strategic clients Collaborate with the internal team to prepare and send commercial proposals Maintain a strong lead funnel and work toward monthly business targets Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth project execution and excellent customer experience Grow revenue from existing accounts and ensure client retention Provide timely insights and market feedback to support sales strategy Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, especially in design-led sectors (e.g., paints, lighting, veneers, sanitaryware, etc.) Prior experience pitching to architects and interior designers is a must Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Strong customer service skills and a flair for relationship-driven selling Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Must own a personal vehicle for client visits
