Job Title: Lead Data Modeler Skills: D ata Transformation, ETL, Data Modeling, SQL or NoSQL, Data Warehouse. Experience Required: 10 Years. Job Location: Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Pune & Bengaluru. We at Coforge are hiring Lead Data Modeler with following skillset: * Design, develop, and maintain highly efficient and scalable data models (Relational, Dimensional, Columnar, Big Data) for various customer-centric datasets including CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, and Point of Sale. * Lead complex data transformation and ETL initiatives on large-scale data sets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, including our Sales team, to define and manage business requirements, conduct structured analysis, design processes, and document use cases. * Develop and optimize complex SQL and/or NoSQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. * Apply advanced Data Warehouse concepts to design and implement efficient and reliable data solutions. * Utilize industry-leading ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Unifi) to build and manage data pipelines. * Work closely with reporting teams, leveraging tools like Tableau and PowerBI, to ensure data models support effective business intelligence and reporting. * Contribute to professional software development best practices within the data team. * Manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous customer projects with exceptional organizational skills. * Clearly and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing and guiding customers to successful project completion. * Act as a proactive, self-managed, and customer-focused individual, driving initiatives and problem-solving independently. * 10 years of strong experience with data transformation and ETL on large data sets. * Experience with designing customer-centric datasets (i.e., CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, Point of Sale, etc.). * 5 years of dedicated Data Modeling experience (i.e., Relational, Dimensional, Columnar, Big Data). * 5 years of experience with complex SQL or NoSQL. * Strong understanding and experience in advanced Data Warehouse concepts. * Proficiency in industry ETL tools (i.e., Informatica, Unifi). * Demonstrated experience with Business Requirements definition and management, structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation. * Familiarity with Reporting Technologies (i.e., Tableau, Power BI). * Experience in professional software development. * Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task simultaneous different customer projects. * Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface with the Sales team and lead customers to successful outcomes. * Must be self-managed, proactive, and customer focused. * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
