Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Strong focus on designing efficient, scalable solutions to meet evolving business needs. Independently investigate, propose options, and implement new functionalities or re-architect existing solutions to address growth. Collaborate effectively with development teams, product management, and UX to deliver new product offerings while maintaining existing ERP functionality. Design mid-scale systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across all levels. Validate and certify peer engineers' work to maintain high-quality standards. Develop and execute test plans and test cases; design test automation for unit, functional, performance, and scalability testing. Experience working on web and web services projects with a focus on distributed systems.
