Qualifications & Skills: Experience in performance sports, activewear, or premium lifestyle retail is a plus 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role & 2 years of experience in retail Passion for movement, sport, or wellness is highly valued Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset with a problem-solving approach Key Responsibilities: Drive in-store sales by creating an engaging and high-energy customer experience Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring top-tier customer service standards Maintain strong product knowledge across all SKUs and train team accordingly Manage daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and store upkeep Handle customer queries and issues with efficiency and warmth Achieve store targets and contribute to overall brand growth Ensure operational excellence and compliance with SOPs
