Degree should be Mandatory (Minimum 15 Years of education mandatory). Flexible to work at night shifts (Strictly no Rotational or Regular shifts). Flexible to work from office (5 Days). Mode of Interview - Virtual/Online JOB SUMMARY We seek an experienced RCM Customer Service Executive – Voice to join our team. The role involves collaborating with US healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be willing to work in US shifts. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Review and analyze denied claims to identify root causes and trends. Develop and implement strategies to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement rates. Work closely with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve denied claims. Prepare and submit appeals for denied claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is included. Monitor and track the status of appeals and follow up as needed. Maintain accurate records of all denial management activities and outcomes. Provide regular reports on denial trends, appeal success rates, and other key metrics to management. Stay updated on industry regulations and payer policies to ensure compliance. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to resolve provider queries in the first point of contact. Focus on delivering a positive customer experience Should be professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic Should possess active listening skills Good data entry & typing skills Ability to multi task. Capable of handling fast-paced, innovative, and constantly changing environment Should be a team player. Ability to contribute to the process through improvement ideas. FORMAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum High School Diploma or Associate degree Practical expertise in utilizing the Xifin tool – Preferred. 12 - 24 months of process experience in Denial Management and Provider/DME AR calling.
