Chief Financial Officer

Position : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry : Footwear Startup Location : Gurgaon CTC : Up to ₹1.5 Cr per annum Key Requirements : Professional Background : Chartered Accountant or equivalent. Experience : 12–18 years overall experience in finance leadership roles. Big 4 background (preferably Articleship or early-career stint). Strong exposure to Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliances . Prior experience in consumer-facing businesses , ideally in retail, D2C, or lifestyle sectors . Role Highlights : Lead the finance function, including FP&A, budgeting, audit, taxation, and legal compliance . Build and institutionalize strong internal controls and governance frameworks . Drive fundraising, investor relations , and board-level financial strategy. Set up scalable systems and processes to support rapid growth. Ideal Candidate : Detail-oriented and process-driven. Proven experience in scaling finance functions in startup or high-growth environments. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capability.
