The role focuses on driving growth across retail and project channels with strategic leadership and operational excellence. Responsibilities ✅ Drive pan-India sales strategy and execution for the wooden flooring category ✅ Expand and strengthen the distribution and dealer network ✅ Collaborate with top architects, interior designers, and builders for project-based sales ✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing regional sales team ✅ Formulate and execute market expansion strategies ✅ Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure effective go-to-market strategies.
