Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in South Delhi at The Altitude Store. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a daily basis. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Excellent ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Strong problem-solving abilities Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Knowledge of organic products and sustainability is beneficial
