Senior Analyst (Product Strategy)

Must have - ● ~2-4 years of experience working with large (1M rows) datasets ● Strong understanding of basic analytical tools - SQL, MS Excel/G-Sheets, Tableau/Power BI, Python (optional) ● Good understanding of basic statistics ● Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex concepts with clarity and precision. ● Experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business Responsibilities - ● Be the owner for key datasets and be responsible for regular and accurate data updates and sanctity. ● Develop analytical tools to effectively communicate the insights to stakeholders in a timely manner. ● Develop sound business sense and complete ad-hoc analysis in real time as per business requirements. ● Drive optimizations in BAU tasks to reduce time and effort via query optimizations, process improvements etc. ● Analyses trends, seasonality, determine the optimal method for forecasting, taking into account the context of the forecast, availability of data, the degree of accuracy desired, and the timeline available. ● Come up with and deliver predictive and prescriptive analytics projects to improve the company processes.
