Job Description:: Job Location : Pune Qualification : Any Graduates (15 years Graduation) Shifts: Rotational Shift Experience: 2 Years NOTE: Candidates Needs to bring Pan card without fail for Assessment. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.For Order Booking/Entry: Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-4 years of experience in Order booking for any BPO clients Good communication skills Should have experience in working in International BPO companies. Should very well understand end to end Order booking cycle (mode of receipt of orders, validations done etc.) Should have worked in SAP environment Good if the candidate has handled any retail clients in his/her past experience Should be flexible to work in any shifts Should be flexible to work from office For Order Generation / Orchestration Roles: Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-4 years of experience in Order Management, International Trade Good communication skills Should have experience in working in International BPO companies. Should have generated and managed Orders for wide range of retail products Liaised with manufacturing teams to confirm orders, production and shipping timelines Should have tracked orders, proactively resolved delays and discrepancies Should have collaborated with logistics providers to align on order status, delivery expectations Should have understanding of packaging and labelling terminology/requirements Should have good knowledge of SAP Should be flexible for any shifts Should be flexible to work from office NOTE: Kindly have a working cellphone with Microphone & Camera Access.
