Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Psychiatry/Physician to work Locums in Farmington, Missouri (MO). The anticipated start is ASAP, work with a competitive market rate and benefits. The Psychiatry Role: Inpatient/Outpatient State Residential Treatment Facility Multi-department: Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, Crisis/Disaster Services Duties: 1 month rounding for an average of 40 patients (2 wards) - to be seen, as needed. Documentation of visits/notes to be completed, at minimum: monthly summary, during the month as needed, annually, on admission and discharge. Legal status of patients: range and may include court order conditional release. Most common diagnoses: Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, Substance Abuse Disorders, Paraphilias. Support staff available. Required: MO License, Active, unrestricted. BC - Psychiatry BLS Schedule: Full-time. 40 hours per week. No on-call required - No weekends or holidays required, with an personal option to work on-call (negotiable). On-all will be offered at additional payment.
