Opportunity Details: Location: Kingwood, TX Contract Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Freestanding Urgent Care Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Schedule: PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time Flexibility Clinic Hours: Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 30 patients per shift Patient Demographic: All Ages (Family Medicine/Urgent Care mix) Scope of Practice: Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries Perform in-office procedures including suturing, splinting, and I&D Interpret basic X-rays and other urgent care diagnostics Coordinate care, provide patient education, and document in EMR Work autonomously with an experienced clinical support staff Provider Requirements: Licensure: Active & Unrestricted Texas Medical License DEA: Current & Unrestricted DEA Registration Certifications: BLS & ACLS (AHA Required) Experience: At least 2 years of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience Skills: Must be proficient in minor urgent care procedures and confident seeing all age groups Why Rhino Medical?
