Job Description Job Description LOOKING FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN TOBACCOVILLE, NC! PAY BETWEEN $30-36/HR TO START Job Description We are seeking a skilled individual to maintain and repair electrical and electronic systems associated with our production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with PLC systems and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Responsibilities Install Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other PLC systems. Work from various vendor-provided schematics using common electronic diagnostic equipment. Perform Quality Instrumentation Calibration Checks. Conduct Monthly Electrical Cabinet inspections and cleaning. Perform Shiftly/Daily Machine CILs to ensure machine settings and functionality for product quality. Execute Machine Brand Changes. Shadow Cell Technicians to learn machine operation and troubleshoot machine issues. Program, troubleshoot, and repair electronic controls and industrial control systems. Design and assemble electrical control cabinets. Comply with environmental, health & safety policies and objectives. Complete required EHS training and follow operational procedures. Essential Skills Knowledge of PLC systems. Good troubleshooting abilities. Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude. Excellent computer skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.54 - $39.74/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
