JD Young (JDY) is an exclusive Graduate Program designed for high-potential graduates who want to make an impact in the world of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Graduates will have the chance to transition into full-time roles upon successful completion of the program. Key Responsibilities: 1、Support daily online operations, including organizing campaigns, promotions. 2、Assist in analyzing marketing data (Google Analytics/Shopify) to identify trends and optimization opportunities. 3、Collaborate with merchandise teams to execute localized campaigns for key German shopping events (e.g., Black Week, Christmas). 4、Document workflow processes and propose efficiency improvements. Qualifications: 1、Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, or user operations within the internet industry is preferred. 2、Understanding of the underlying logic of standalone app/PC operations, with well-established methodologies and practical experience. 3、Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills; able to utilize data insights to support daily operations. 4、Fluent English and France proficiency strongly preferred.
