Senior Product Development & Range Manager (12-month FTC) Are you commercially driven with a passion for building insight-led, consumer-focused product ranges? MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a leading creative consumer goods business in search of a Senior Product Development & Range Manager (FTC) , based in Bradford, UK . This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the development and delivery of the Christmas 2026 range , playing a pivotal role in shaping category strategy, driving product excellence, and delivering commercial success. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a product strategy for Christmas 2026 that aligns with company goals and customer insights. Build an optimised caption and SKU framework to drive sales and margin targets. Conduct market and competitor analysis, analyse sales data, and use customer insights to inform range planning and product direction. Ensure the product offer reflects market trends and customer needs. Lead the product development process from range architecture through to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams across creative, procurement, merchandising, and commercial. Manage the product critical path to ensure delivery to required timelines. Drive cost and margin discussions with supply base and internal teams. Ensure all product development aligns with commercial targets and financial KPIs. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and close product gaps, delivering a compelling range proposal that reflects the agreed creative vision and commercial objectives. Manage the RRP proposal process and ensure customer pricing is confirmed and aligned. Deliver an optimised range strategy across key customer plans, including architecture, pricing, display, and layout. Track and analyse range performance, using insights to drive continuous improvement and inform future range builds. What are we looking for? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, buying, or range development , ideally within a creative-led, FMCG, or seasonal category. Proven track record of building commercially successful product ranges, with strong experience in pricing, sourcing, and supplier management. Ability to interpret market insights, sales data, and customer research to drive product decisions. Experience leading product development lifecycles from concept to launch. Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities within fixed deadlines. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience working within licensed or brand-led categories is advantageous. Please contact for more details today.
