Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) Technician to join a busy, professional automotive repair team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of mechanical and bodywork repairs with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate vehicle damage and identify necessary repairs Conduct stripping and re-fitting on damaged vehicles Carry out mechanical repairs to vehicles to manufacturer standards Order necessary parts and complete job documentation accurately Work efficiently to achieve productivity targets Maintain workshop standards and follow all company processes Requirements: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Repair (essential) Previous experience with MET work and vehicle strip/re-fit ATA accreditation is beneficial but not essential Full UK Driving Licence is required What You’ll Gain: You'll be part of a company that values expertise, rewards achievement, and provides clear pathways for professional growth.
