Senior Process Technologist

They are looking to appoint a Senior Process Technologist to join their dynamic NPD team at their state of the art manufacturing facility. We are seeking a talented and proactive individual to take on this pivotal role, helping to drive the company’s expansion by launching innovative, high-quality products that can be found in retail and food services outlets across the UK. On offer: Salary is £30,000 - £35,000 30 days annual leave Matched company pension Exciting career development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Lead the trial phase of the critical path, ensuring accurate and detailed reporting of all findings. Design the most efficient production line setups for new product introductions. Serve as the essential link between the NPD and Operations teams, ensuring smooth communication and knowledge transfer. Ensure that all NPD briefs are delivered to the highest standard, aligning with customer and business expectations. Support the delivery of commercially successful products through process excellence and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Candidate requirement: Previous experience in a similar Process Technologist or Senior Process role within a food manufacturing environment. Detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
