Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be working with a leading household name looking to appoint a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager . This is a strategic, multi-site role that will shape the future of HSE practices across manufacturing, warehousing, transport, and retail operations . What You’ll Be Doing: Lead HSE strategy and ensure compliance across all operational sites Drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards Oversee risk assessments, internal audits, incident investigations, and environmental reporting Deliver HSE training, coaching, and cultural change initiatives Implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and manage the company’s IMS Liaise with regulatory bodies and senior leadership to report on HSE trends and improvements Support energy reduction and environmental best practices What We’re Looking For: Proven HSE leadership across multi-site environments (logistics/warehousing preferred) NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards) Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO standards Experience with integrated management systems and remote/multi-location oversight The Perks: Hybrid working (Bradford-based HQ) 26 days holiday bank holidays Annual bonus scheme pension Health cashback plan Free onsite parking & flexible hours Culturally supportive, forward-thinking environment
