Field Sales Manager – Midlands Are you a people-focused sales professional who thrives on building strong relationships and growing a loyal customer base? We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to take charge of our Midlands territory—someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service, retaining valued clients, and winning new business. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing and nurturing a well-established customer base across the Midlands. Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow your territory. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular visits and proactive support. Using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to stay on top of customer interactions and sales activity. Working closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth handovers and excellent service delivery. What We’re Looking For: 2 years in a field sales role (B2B experience preferred). A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication skills. Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and sales pipelines. Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
