Interim Contract Support Manager Based in West Sussex, hybrid working, 2 days on site Length: 6 months (Possibility of extension) Inside IR35 The interim contract support manager will be responsible for the management of key contract support and customer service functions to enable the delivery, development and improvement of key Council contracts and frontline services across Contracts and Services Key Responsibilities of the Interim contract support manager : Manage administrative and technical support and projects for the Commercial Services and Contracts Division To work closely with other managers in the Service Area and Directorate and liaise with contractors, residents, other departments and externals organisations to deal with queries and issues in relation to the services Help the Digital team on improving system responses to lessen volumes of councillor and public responses via Digital channels Manage the Contract Support Team in order to maintain accurate and up to date records, databases and procedures to support the delivery of key Council front-line services. Produce information and reports on the financial running of the Division and undertake checking of all contract invoices and payments to ensure income recovery targets are achieved Ensure the Contract Support Team are a first point of contact for the Council and its stakeholders in relation to the running of the Service Areas contracts and key front-line services.
