Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) Client: Leading FMCG Logistics Provider Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 Day Working (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) over an 8-week cycle, not alternate (including weekend working typically 1 in 2) Salary: £30,000 - £33,500 additional company benefits. Key Responsibilities: People-Centric Leadership: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of circa x80 colleagues to reach their full potential. Your focus on the well-being and development of your staff will be the cornerstone of success whilst having a continuous improvement mindset. Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the Transport distribution arm of the business. Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI's, whilst ensuring existing site standardisation. Performance Management: Proven experience managing under / over performance, along with experience leading; Probation reviews, return to works, PDP's, Annual Reviews and Disciplinary's. TMS Expertise: Utilise your experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer. Key Candidate Requirements: The successful candidate for the Warehouse Team Manager (Any 5 from 7) positions will have the following skills and experiences: Have a Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background - Essential. Have experience working within a FMCG background - Advantageous. Have a minimum of 3 years' experience at a Warehouse Supervisor /Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Operations Manager level - Essential. Have managed teams beyond 60 employees / drivers through direct managerial reports - Essential. Exceptional people management and leadership skills - Essential. An understanding of Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement Methodology - Advantageous. A working knowledge of WMS systems - Essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Essential. Commutable to Walsall, for 5 days per week - Essential. Salary & Benefits Package: Salary - £30,000 to £33,500 (Dependant on experience). Company Holidays. Company Pension Contributions.
