Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical liaison for key customers — understand their needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and ensure successful delivery. Lead and manage the technical support team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build and refine the after-sales service system, including processes, tools, SLAs, and reporting frameworks to ensure consistent and scalable support. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals are met. Work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, and Operations to align service offerings with product evolution and market demands. Organize and deliver technical training for both clients and internal staff to enhance product adoption and troubleshooting capabilities. Monitor daily client operations, attend key customer meetings, and provide data-driven service performance reports. Maintain and improve all service documentation, client support records, and knowledge materials. Who are we looking for: Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, or related technical field. Must have at least 5-7 years of experience in project and technical support with proven experience in technical team leadership and customer-facing roles. Excellent command of both English and Mandarin is required; Dutch proficiency is a plus. Ability to work efficiently on several projects in parallel. Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with an ability to handle pressure effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in resolving issues for assigned clients.
