International Field Services Engineer Voor onze klant een vooruitstrevende Nederlandse industriële groep, zoeken wij voor het gespecialiseerde service- en installatie-team een Internationaal Service Engineer. Al meer dan een eeuw leveren ze wereldwijd modulaire productielijnen en complete high-tech systemen aan gerenommeerde OEM’s in onder meer de food- en verpakkingsindustrie. Wat ga je doen? Opbouw & Commissioning Elektromontage, testing en afregeling van productielijnen in onze werkplaats in Roermond (FAT). Bij de klant: opnieuw opbouwen, inbedrijfstellen en performance-testen. Coördinatie op locatie Samen met een hoofdmonteur naar internationale projecten reizen. Lokale technici en onderaannemers aansturen, opleiden en motiveren – jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Bewaken van planning, veiligheid, kwaliteit en het oplossen van storingen in de opleverfase. Service & Retrofit Periodiek preventief onderhoud, troubleshooting en lijnmodificaties bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Wisselende werkdruk: soms twee projecten tegelijk, soms interne opbouw of R&D-werkzaamheden. Internationale trips Gemiddeld blokken van drie weken op locatie, gevolgd door circa een week thuis. Wereldwijde installaties combineren met regionale serviceprojecten. Indien niet internationaal ingezet, ga je lokale klanten bedienen en de productieafdeling ondersteunen bij testen en het oplossen van problemen. Jouw profiel Mbo-4 of HBO Werktuigbouwkunde / Elektrotechniek. Minimaal vijf jaar (internationale) field-service-ervaring. Sterke elektrotechnische basis Ervaring met PLC’s. Bekend met productie- of verpakkingslijnen. Rijbewijs B; bereid om circa 50 % van de tijd te reizen. Representatief, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht, jij bent het visitekaartje op locatie. Jij bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, VCA, heftruckcertificaat en eventueel een hoogwerker certificaat. About the company Our client is the dedicated service and installation team of an innovative Dutch industrial group. For more decades the company has delivered modular production lines and complete high-tech systems to renowned OEMs in the food and packaging industries. What will you be doing: Build & Commissioning -Assemble, test and fine-tune production lines in the Roermond workshop (FAT). -Re-assemble, commission and conduct performance tests at customer sites worldwide. On-site Coordination -Coach, motivate and supervise local technicians and subcontractors as their first point of contact. -Safeguard planning, safety, quality and solve issues during the delivery phase. -Travel with a lead mechanic to international projects. Service & Retrofit -Execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and line modifications for customers at home and abroad. -Alternate busy periods (two projects in parallel) with in-house build or R&D assignments. -If not international employed, service locals customers and assist the production facility on test and problemsolving Travel Pattern -Typical blocks of three weeks on site followed by about one week at home. -Combine global installations with regional service projects. What We’re Looking For: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electronics or fine mechanics. 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer. Familiarity with production and/or packaging lines. Category B driving license and willingness to travel ~50 % of the time. Strong electrical background, experience with PLCs Ability to work independently after training, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Excellent Dutch and English language skills, German is a pre, coupled with a passion for travel and cross-cultural interaction. EU residency/work permit required.
