Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee, you’ll be involved in the entire process from quality control to the shipment of our plastic packaging. You’ll work in shifts and collaborate with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. Key responsibilities: Ensure products meet quality standards; Assemble components like caps and lids; Package products carefully and prepare them for shipment; Organize and stack drums neatly for dispatch; Keep the workplace clean and contribute to a safe working environment. Wat we je bieden Gross hourly wage of €16.02 excluding shift allowance; 28% shift allowance for working in 5 shifts, paid on every hour worked; 8.33% profit-sharing bonus; Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position; Workweek of 24 to 40 hours, depending on your preference; Flexible working hours for a good work-life balance; Travel allowance.
