Your responsibilities will include: Attending and serving customers, demonstrating products, and promoting sales with current promotions. Cooperating with inventory checks, storage, and organizing merchandise. Arranging the counters according to layout standards, prioritizing appearance, cleanliness, and accessibility. Maintaining tools and workspace cleanliness and organization. Checking product expiration dates daily, removing expired or unsatisfactory items, and reporting soon-to-expire products (within 30 days) to management for removal. Preparing and cleaning the counter, organizing cold cuts and dairy products, and cutting/f slicing as per customer requests, respecting brand, thickness, and quantity preferences. Ensuring a safe environment by keeping the area clean and organized to prevent accidents and pest infestations. Replenishing, pricing, and displaying products following promotional guidelines and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions about brands and prices, and handling complaints with empathy and professionalism. Monitoring product loss and waste, seeking to minimize it. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, tools, and shared areas like break rooms and restrooms.
